Influencer pricing calculator for MENA
This free calculator estimates what one creator collaboration costs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and the wider Arab region, based on follower count, platform, engagement rate, usage rights and number of deliverables. It returns a low–mid–high range in US dollars and the local currency.
Key facts
- Pricing is driven by five factors: follower count, platform, engagement rate, usage rights and deliverable count.
- Gulf markets price 10–25% above the MENA average; Egypt, Morocco and Jordan price 20–50% below it.
- Paid usage rights (Spark Ads, whitelisting) typically add 30–110% on top of the organic fee.
- Bundling multiple assets with one creator usually earns roughly a 10% discount per additional deliverable.
- Valors Media negotiates rates against these benchmarks across 5,000+ vetted MENA creators.

How the calculation works
- 1
Start from a cost per 1,000 followers
Each platform has a base USD rate per 1,000 followers for one in-feed deliverable: Instagram $11, TikTok $9, Snapchat $7, YouTube $26 and X $5. Multiply by the creator's follower count in thousands.
- 2
Apply the market multiplier
Local buying power and demand shift rates. Saudi Arabia is 1.25x the MENA baseline, the UAE 1.2x, Qatar 1.15x, Kuwait 1.1x, Bahrain and Oman 0.95x, Jordan 0.8x, Morocco 0.55x and Egypt 0.5x.
- 3
Adjust for engagement quality
Creators engaging below 2% of their audience are discounted to 0.8x; 4–7% earns 1.25x and above 7% earns 1.5x. Engagement is a better price predictor than follower count alone.
- 4
Add usage rights
Organic-only posting is 1x. A 30-day paid usage licence is about 1.3x, 90 days with whitelisting about 1.6x, and perpetual rights about 2.1x.
- 5
Bundle the deliverables
Each additional asset from the same creator is added at roughly 90% of the first asset's price, reflecting typical package discounts.
- 6
Read the range, not the point estimate
The output shows a low, mid and high figure. Use the mid figure for budgeting and treat the high figure as the ceiling for exclusivity, category blocking or rush timelines.
MENA influencer rate benchmarks by follower tier (one Instagram or TikTok deliverable, USD)

| Micro (10K–100K) | $180–$1,400 | $170–$1,300 | $70–$550 | Always-on content, affiliate coupons |
| Mid (100K–500K) | $1,400–$6,500 | $1,300–$6,000 | $550–$2,600 | Launch pushes, category ownership |

Ranges are indicative negotiation bands observed across Valors Media campaigns and are stated exclusive of VAT, paid amplification and production costs. Actual quotes vary by category, exclusivity and timing (Ramadan and Q4 command premiums).
Why influencer rates differ so much across MENA
A creator with 100,000 followers in Riyadh and one with 100,000 followers in Cairo do not cost the same. Gulf audiences convert at higher order values, so Saudi and Emirati creators price above the regional average. Egyptian and North African creators price lower in absolute terms while often delivering higher engagement rates, which is why blended rosters that mix Gulf and Levant or North African talent usually produce the best cost per outcome.
Rate cards also move with the calendar. Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, White Friday and the back-to-school window all pull inventory tight, and premiums of 20–40% on published rates are normal in those weeks. Booking four to six weeks ahead is the single most effective way to hold rates down.
What this calculator deliberately excludes
The estimate covers creator fees only. A full campaign budget also needs paid amplification, product or sampling costs, shipping, photography or edit support where the brand needs assets beyond the creator's own output, and management or agency fees. Use the campaign budget calculator to allocate a total figure across those lines.
Frequently asked questions
How much does influencer marketing cost in Saudi Arabia?
In Saudi Arabia, a nano creator (1K–10K followers) typically charges $60–$180 per deliverable, a micro creator (10K–100K) $180–$1,400, a mid-tier creator (100K–500K) $1,400–$6,500, and creators above 1 million followers $13,000 or more. Paid usage rights and exclusivity add 30–110% on top.
Is this influencer pricing calculator free?
Yes. The calculator is free, requires no sign-up, and runs entirely in your browser — no inputs are stored or sent to a server.
How accurate are the estimates?
The output is a negotiation band, not a quote. It reflects rates observed across Valors Media campaigns in MENA. Real quotes vary with category exclusivity, seasonality, deliverable complexity and the creator's current demand, so treat the mid figure as a planning number.
Should I pay per post or use affiliate commission?
Use flat fees when you need guaranteed reach or specific assets, and commission when the objective is measurable sales. Most MENA programmes perform best on a hybrid: a reduced flat fee plus a coupon-tracked commission, which lowers upfront risk while keeping creators motivated.
Do these prices include VAT?
No. Figures exclude VAT, which is 15% in Saudi Arabia and 5% in the UAE, Bahrain and Oman. Budget for it separately, and confirm whether the creator invoices as a registered entity.
How much extra do paid usage rights cost?
As a rule of thumb, add about 30% of the organic fee for 30 days of paid usage or Spark Ads, about 60% for 90 days with ad-account whitelisting, and about 110% for perpetual rights.
What is a fair rate for a TikTok LIVE session?
TikTok LIVE hosts in MENA are usually booked per hour rather than per post, commonly $150–$600 per hour for micro and mid-tier hosts, often against a sales commission. Session length, product count and required rehearsal drive the number.
Why do engagement rates change the price?
Engagement rate is a proxy for how much of the audience actually sees and acts on a post. A creator engaging 6% of 50,000 followers frequently outperforms one engaging 1% of 300,000, so pricing tracks engagement rather than follower count alone.
