Own creator campaigns end to end for ecommerce, fashion and beauty brands across the Gulf and Egypt: briefing, creator selection, content approvals, delivery and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build campaign briefs and creator shortlists by market and category
- Negotiate rates, usage rights and timelines with creators and managers
- Review content against brand and local disclosure requirements
- Report reach, engagement, tracked sales and ROAS to clients
What we look for
- 2+ years in influencer, social or performance marketing in MENA
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Comfortable with tracking links, coupon codes and spreadsheet analysis
Creator Partnerships Lead
Riyadh, KSA / Dubai, UAE · Full-time
Grow and manage the contracted creator network across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt, with a focus on category depth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard creators across beauty, fashion, FMCG and electronics
- Maintain rate benchmarks and contract terms by tier and market
- Run retention programmes so top creators return campaign after campaign
What we look for
- Existing relationships with creators or talent managers in the Gulf
- Experience negotiating commercial creator agreements

TikTok LIVE Programme Manager
Riyadh, KSA / Remote (GCC time zones) · Full-time
Run live selling programmes: host recruitment, session scheduling, product and script preparation, and GMV performance per stream.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train live hosts and hold a fixed weekly schedule
- Prepare product lists, offers and run-of-show for each session
- Track GMV per hour, viewer retention and conversion by session
What we look for
- Hands-on experience with TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop or live commerce
- Operational discipline with recurring schedules

Performance & Affiliate Analyst
Remote (MENA time zones) · Full-time
Own tracking, attribution and payout accuracy across affiliate and hybrid creator programmes in multiple currencies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain coupon and link tracking mapped to creator IDs
- Reconcile conversions, commissions and payouts across SAR, AED, KWD and USD
- Build reporting that compares creator performance to paid media benchmarks
What we look for
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills; SQL is a plus
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Precision with numbers and payout reconciliation
Content & SEO Strategist (MENA)
Remote (MENA time zones) · Full-time
Produce research-backed English and Arabic content on influencer marketing, affiliate models and creator commerce that ranks in search and gets cited by AI assistants.
Responsibilities
- Plan and write guides, benchmarks and market reports
- Structure pages for featured snippets and AI extraction
- Maintain internal linking across country, city, industry and service pages
What we look for
- Proven SEO content portfolio, ideally in marketing or ecommerce
- Native-level English; Arabic strongly preferred
- Comfort working with data and citing primary sources
