• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Creator Obligations

Content creators agree to:

• Create authentic, original content that complies with campaign briefs
• Disclose sponsored content according to applicable regulations
• Maintain accurate follower counts and engagement metrics
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables
• Not engage in fraudulent activity or fake engagement

5. Brand Obligations

Brand partners agree to:

• Provide clear campaign briefs and requirements
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Respect creator intellectual property rights
• Provide necessary brand assets and information

6. Payment Terms

For creators:

• Payments are processed monthly on a 30-day cycle
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Commission rates are agreed upon before campaign launch
• Valors may withhold payments for fraudulent activity

For brands: Payment terms are outlined in individual campaign agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant brands license to use campaign content as specified in individual agreements. Valors retains all rights to its platform, technology, and branding.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use fake followers, bots, or engagement manipulation
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share account credentials or access
• Interfere with platform operations or security

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Valors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
